Resolved — We have been monitoring all systems since the original notification at 10:42pm. There were two short outages of 4 minutes on our main transit stream between 10:42pm and 11:12pm. We have confirmed that these were carried out as emergency maintenance and were unavoidable. The upstream provider has ended their maintenance window and we will also be marking this issue as resolved. Identified — We have been advised that an upstream provider is carrying out maintenance which is causing small outages lasting between 2-10 minutes for our network. We were unaware of this maintenance and believe it is being carried out as urgent, emergency maintenance on their network. We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide further updates as required.
