Monitoring — We have confirmed all services are back online and that a minor outage was caused by an upstream provider link at 3:52pm. This outage was resolved at 3:55pm to a total outage of 2 minutes and 57 seconds. As per our procedure, we will continue live monitoring for 60 minutes from restore, until 4:55pm NZST, after which we will revert to standard monitoring protocols. Monitoring — We have been advised that some clients are having issues accessing the internet and services in Auckland. We believe this may be related to last night's outage. As at the time of posting this status update (3:57pm NZST) it appears all services are back online and the outage lasted no longer than 5 minutes. We will monitor this outage and further updates will be provided shortly.
