Resolved — The upstream provider has identified the issue and will be carrying out equipment replacement at 1:00am this evening to resolve the issue. There is an estimated outage of 30 minutes. This issue has been replaced with a maintenance notification, available from our status page.

Monitoring — We have spoken to the upstream provider who is still investigating the multiple outage periods today. Currently all services are operational and the provider intends to carry out emergency maintenance tonight to fully resolve any outstanding problems. Monitoring — We are aware of an issue affecting internet services on all connection types due to an upstream issue at AS45177. We have been advised that this issue, starting at 9:50am NZST has been resolved at 11:35am NZST, however we're monitoring this issue closely and further updates will be provided ASAP.
