Resolved — We have confirmed all services are back online and that a failure of equipment in Wellington caused an outage for Wellington based (and surrounding areas) services at 10:14pm. This outage was resolved at 11:58pm to a total outage of 1 hour and 44 minutes. As per our procedure, we will continue live monitoring for 60 minutes from restore, until 12:58am NZST, after which we will revert to standard monitoring protocols. Identified — An upstream supplier has lost access to a device hosted in the Wellington Chorus exchange. Any Chorus services on this exchange are currently offline or degraded. Further updates will be provided shortly. We have been advised that technicians are currently on their way to the exchange to resolve the issue.
